Recruiter jobs are not posted by the Uplink team, but by one of our Recruiting Partners. If you apply to such a job, they will be the ones to determine whether you are a good match for the job and introduce you to the end customer.
Initially, each new Recruiting Partner undergoes a testing phase. During this phase, we keep an eye on what kind of jobs they publish, how they communicate with our freelancers and whether any of our candidates are actually placed with their clients.

Nemensis is our first Recruiting Partner and we started working with them in September 2020. The Nemensis team consists of Benjamin Walker and René Schwinning, who have been working to establish the freelancing arm of the Nemensis AG since early 2020.
